I shall rant, for a long time in a while about a few unsavoury things I have come to be aware of.

Ok so maybe I'm overreacting, but what the hell is up with these newbies?

Bya was browsing through the other DGM teams, and in one of the teams, I saw:

--> A completely copy-and-paste character list from the list I created
--> The leader saying that she can kick people out for no reason
--> The leader telling her team not to spam and still have the balls to organise some 'bonding' session

And this is the first team she created, or so she says >_>

Ok so maybe SGCafers like to copy and paste, whatever to that. But what the hell is up with kicking people out for no reason? That sounds like tyrants on the loose to me man >_>

As a leader, you don't freaking kick people out and refuse to give them a proper explanation. Doing that just shows how fickle and fucking immature you are for not putting yourself in that person's shoes. Would YOU like to be kicked out for no reason?

No spam? Oh please...if we don't spam, then there's gonna be very little posts at the thread dude...think of spammage as little bonuses that kick you to the first page. Publicity for your team! And it shows your team is lively, no?

Spammage also lets people bond through the Net, we don't get to meet very often do we? So we bond through the forum and MSN la! What's wrong with that? >_>

Yukiya came to my house to make her Fai eyepatch and hibirds today. We actually wanted to have a go at her X-gloves too, but no time lol. Spent too much time laughing at Oh Naruto Nippon Radio Talkshow and having lunch.

Hibirds...or rather hi-chicks...we were making them out of pompoms bought from spotlight, i pasted the black beads (eyes) on and yukiya cut out beaks from orange felt to stick them on. They looked...damn cute...XD We made 20 of them, and I think there's gonna be more to come...we be planning some nice shots with all these hi-chicks lol XDDD

Some woman with her husband and 2 kids came to Pastamania to eat, and yaddah yaddah yaddah all goes well, until...

The dishwasher uncle decide to take out the trash right in the middle of peak hour.

Has he got a screw loose up there? Taking out the putrefying rubbish right smack in the middle of peak hour where its a full house?! He insists he needs to take it out or it'll get too heavy for him to lift it. Well dude, it's only gonna be that heavy because you refused to bring it out during the off-peak hours!!! Blame your own damn laziness damnit!

Because of his little stunt, I had to kena that woman's bitching and complaining for a good ten minutes, apologising continuously, and trying hard to keep a smiling face on *rolls eyes*

Then again, who does that woman think she is?! We're no different from a Macs except that we serve you the food instead of you collecting it at the cashier. If a servicing personnel at Macs can take the trash out, why is it that they have to kick up such a mighty fuss over us at Pastamania? Even the peeps at Sakae Sushi do it too, and they charge you a service fee leh >_>

Working constantly...even though my Pastamania schedule is considered quite lax already...damn office work haven't finish yet! Every free day I have is spent in that crummy office...doh...

So far only the time for my IS studies are out...bah...what about my other courses...?!?!?!?!

And I hope they tell us what textbooks to buy real soon...*counts money and sobs*

Oh a happier note, my mother has agreed to pay for my new phone because of me helping her in her office work (YAY!), but I have to pay for the phone bills myself, no worries there =D

Getting familiar with the campus...so far I know where to walk without getting lost...but I will still need my trusty map printed on the back of the enrolment booklet! XD Ngee Ann has one Orchard Road, lolololol~ I like the prospect of studying in the library! The lib looks damn modern <3 Plus can drink bubble tea inside too >D

Got high class provision shop sia...air conditioned and got everything from food to labcoats O_o

I sense a wonderful learning experience coming up in Ngee Ann! Can't wait! 8D

'M working at Pastamania now as part of the servicing crew...the people there aren't too bad, except for the fact that they can be a tad bit annoying at times >_>

Oh lord, I'm going mad over Eyeshield 21...Hiruma is the god man! I swear I haven't had such a good laugh since god-knows-when, and I seriously need a good laugh ._.

Got psycho-ed to watch Katekyo Hitman Reborn...and it isn't half-bad, really =D I keep wondering why Tsuna's boxers manage to stay unscathed while the rest of his clothing rips into shreds whenever he goes into dying-will mode though...interesting XD

Gonna order Kurei's costume this Sat...and for peeps who seriously have nothing else to do and want to come along for this boring session...here are the rough details:

YES! I've finally gotten my hands onto a katana! Made of wood of course...if I bought a real metal katana, god knows what would happen...lets see...Thee 5 Supreme Reasons Why Thou Shalt Not Buy A Real Metal Katana...

1) Not only my pockets have a hole in them, my whole pair of trousers will be ripped into shreds.

2) My mum would have a fit over Reason No. 1

3) My father would disown me for spending a ridiculous amount on a puny sword.

4) I would get surrounded by the authorities the minute I step into the MRT station ten minutes after I just bought it from whatever shop I've been to.

5) I won't have a costume ready. Who will have one ready after spending more than a hundred bucks on a stupid real metal katana?!

Get my idea now?

On Tuesday, me, Byakugan, stjh, jkkh, ABC_Rainex and wyte met to go 'shopping'. Whatever you call it. nurfazli was supposed to turn up too, but turns out we had a communication problem and he ended up waiting at Outram Park instead of Chinatown...=_=lll

We went to People's Park first, just to show ABC_Rainex and wyte the wig, cloth and tailor shop's locations. Then we heard a loud rumble which sent the whole building crashing down...

Okay I made that part up XD

Truth is, I asked stjh and jkkh whether they have had lunch yet...and turns out they were out on an empty fuel tank. So we trooped down to Chinatown's McDonald's to have a spot of food...

And OMG! Cheekk's coming! EEEKKKKK!!!!!! Lolz...

We pretend we dunno Rainex and wyte first...and we settle down...

The rest I lazy to type up...you know what happened...cheekk had another toy for the day...

Argh my eyes! Stupid pyrotechnics...

You would probably scoff and laugh your heads off when you hear what I've been to yesterday.

The KIDS CENTRAL LIVE! show...

Urgh...

Please bear with me and read my recollections of the show...

First off...we have Mervin as the host, he started revving up the toddler-and-parent audience with his antics and gave out kids central T-shirts with each correct answer given by a kid to his ridiculously simple questions. Soon after is the Teen Titans...and zomg...the people acting the roles of the Teen Titans just donned mascot costumes and acted physically along with pre-recorded voices...

After Teen Titans...we had the Justice League Girl Power *shudder*, comprised of Zatanna, Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl. I still can't get over the fact that Hawkgirl's wings were obviously made out of some sort of foam material...urgh...

Wonder Woman and Hawkgirl were acting along to pre-recorded voices, while Zatanna...I'm not sure...it certainly looks like she's done the voice-acting herself...

The baddies in the Justice League Girl Power skit were Shade and Volcana...Shade kinda looks like Willy Wonka in black and blue...whereas Volcana could have passed off as an overly grown orange cat.

The dreadful pyrotechnics from Volcana's appearance and for the rest of that part almost left permanent flashes of light blinking in front of my eyes...urgh...luckily it didn't last long...*phew*

Then came a 15 minute intermission for the backstage people to prepare for the Batman part...and I almost dozed off while listening to the same old repeating video soundtracks...

The baddies for the Batman part were none other than the infamous Catwoman...Joker...The Penguin and Poison Ivy. The Joker hadn't gotten rid of his ridiculously bad taste in both clothes and jokes as usual...and Catwoman had a awfully big set of ears...are a cat's ears THAT big? o_O

The Penguin looked like his namesake, literally. I believe I do not need to elaborate further *shudder*

Poison Ivy looked as if she was going to barf (You know...in the cartoons when someone is gonna throw up...their face turns green?). Some 'Mother Nature'...her hair needs tweaking...I can't help but focus on her stiff orange hair every time she makes an appearance...

Poor Batman...his image was totally ruined by the crazy costume head...

The pyrotechnics...again...almost blinded me...

I Want To Bang My Head Against The Wall So Hard

I really wanna hit myself.

I studied so hard for my A maths test! And I failed! Tripped all because of some stupid careless mistakes!

If I didn't make those mistakes, I could've passed! I really hate myself right now...so depressed with all those mistakes I could've avoided making...

I finished my doodle of my forum character on the back of my foolscap pad today. Maybe I'll post a picture later on...the resolution will be quite bad I expect...

I changed the clothes design for my character...the previous design was a little too complicated...so I went for an 'all-black and ragged' look...ripped the hem of the shirt she wears and one sleeve...plus one pant leg of her black pants.

Hmm...the overall effect is nice...but I can't help but wonder if I will be able to cosplay that character if acktosh requests for me to do so...

Hmm...I'm back into playing MapleStory recently...currently at Bootes, level 18...I'm close to leveling up though, so before you know it, I'll have gotten to level 19 already =D

I've finally figured out how to change my blogskin! And after I've got the hang of it...it was easy! I can even write snippets of the code myself now! With reference of course...XD Sorry to all those who have been putting up with my switching of blogskins these few days! Just couldn't resist changing again whenever I come across another better (and cuter <3 ) blogskin...

I LOVE my new blogskin! Especially with the cute Byakuya and Renji chibi pics...*hugs imaginary Byakuya plushie* And I even changed my background music to D-tecnoLife by UVERworld...I figured you guys would like a change of music every now and then...^__^

Just on Monday, I sat for my A maths common test. Oh the pressure...

Our math teacher, Mdm K, told us it was SOOOO easy...and if anyone failed, they should drop A math immediately and scram.

Uh oh.

The pressure was so heavy on me...because I always fail my maths tests...T^T

Surprisingly enough, the questions weren't terrifyingly difficult...I could do most of them after some thinking...except for the last one. Oh man...that question got me STUMPED! I remember my jaw went slack when I read that question! XD

After the test though...we were discussing answers...and dang! I lost half a mark just because I got one of the quadrants wrong for a trigonometry question! A CARELESS MISTAKE! ARGH! *Bangs head against wall*

Before you read this, please keep in mind that this is just my personal ranting, and no offense is meant to anyone in particular.

I am getting seriously annoyed by how much disrespect is being shown to our English relief teacher, Mr B.

Sure, his hair may be graying and he can't speak loudly, but is that a reason to ignore him when he's trying to impart to us some tips and pointers to passing the English O'Levels?

Almost all of my class talk loudly among themselves when he's trying to talk, and that makes my violent other half want to scream and punch the shit out of them for sheer disrespect.

What has our generation become? Isn't respecting our elders what we should be doing? Or has our generation completely forgotten what the word 'respect' means?

Sure, any teen out there may bristle indignantly and retort angrily at me, calling me all sorts of names and degratory terms. But I don't give a damn, my mentality is not so weak as to sway just by a few unsavoury terms. As the saying goes: Sticks and stones may break my bones, but harsh words will never hurt me.

Even my friends are talking amongst themselves, and this has made me greatly disappointed in them. I asked nicely about why they do not listen, and most replies I got were that his lessons were 'boring' or they 'tried' to listen, but cannot concentrate for more than five minutes.

When I ask why they could not concentrate, they said that there was too much distraction around them.

What is concentration then? When you concentrate, you focus your mind to dwell on one subject or topic only. you should not be disturbed by anything happening around you. It is the same when you play any online game. Surely your mother has complained of times when you are so absorbed in your game that you are completely oblivious to your surroundings? That is an example of a time when you are concentrating.

If teens our age can concentrate so fully upon a game, why can't they do the same just to listen to the teacher? Even if you feel that is is just so very boring, shouldn't you just act a little and pretend to pay attention just for courtesy's sake?

And it is not like you wouldn't benefit from it either. Just by listening to Mr B talk, I have learned important concepts and tips on how to write expositions and summarize effectively. I have also learned more about the O'Levels than what smidge of information I knew beforehand.

I really hope that anyone from my class who reads this is able to analyse my message with an open mind, and hopefully listen and pay respect to elders in the future. Who knows? He may be your boss in the future, and if he remembers your exemplary conduct, isn't that an extra brownie point in your advantage? Or maybe he might be a close friend of a manager of a company that you would like a job in. He may just be able to recommend you to the manager!

I repeat again, no offense meant. This is just my ranting and please do not flame me or punch me up when I arrive at school on Monday. I am entitled to my view on this matter, and I remind you of it.

Next year Sec 3s are at a definite advantage...Mdm K said...

Why?

As you know...the Sec 2s this year and younger are learning a different syllabus from ours...and next year, they are taking out a major chapter (Functions) from A maths.

According to Mdm K, she said Functions is a major chapter as it is only after you learn Functions then you understand why there is all those funny symbols and stuff you had to memorise before. It is an important key to linking all those information you have learnt before...and understanding the 'hidden' truth...

Today is K-Box Outing day...xielaoshi brought around twenty of us to Clementi's K-Box outlet to 'learn' chinese...

(In reality we were just goofing around XDDD )

The funny thing is...three-quarters of the songs my classmates picked were songs that I didn't even know that existed! O_O Omg, I've fallen so faaaaaar behind... =_=lll

Can't blame me that I prefer listening to Japanese songs rather than chinese or english songs...Ichirin no Hana rocks! p(^^)q

So for the whole of that trip, I sat stonily in the seat, jaws clamped shut like a pair of tongs, easing only to take a sip of pepsi every now and then XD

I reckon I would've photosynthesised if they put some more lights in that room...I was practically like a piece of wood...XDDD

Went to Karen's birthday party for her son, Joshua today...argh...I stuffed myself too much I think...

I swear the birthday cake they got was OVERLOADED with sugar! The icing alone felt like toffee!!! And the chocolate in the cake!!! (Choke choke choke) I think I've gotten myself a sore throat...

Funnily enough...i think i've experienced my first ever sugar-high...I kept laughing for no apparent reason and kept poking my sister Byakugan...sorry to her though...XP
